📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unopened and unused products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in its original packaging
Include any accessories, samples, or promotional items received with the order
Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

before sending anything back. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if your order qualifies.
Note: We cannot accept returns for opened skincare products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
